How do I sign up?
At your next clinic visit ask the receptionist, or call our clinic appointments line at 1-888-270-1882, to start the process of getting you enrolled in the Patient Portal. You can gain access to the Patient Portal immediately after completing the registration process and getting your user ID and password.

When can I see my test results in the Patient Portal?
Lab test results are released to the Portal after they are reviewed by your healthcare practitioner. You will receive an automatic email to notify you as soon as the test results are posted. If you have questions about your results, contact your doctor's office.

Why are certain test results not on the Patient Portal?
Your healthcare practitioner determines which test results can be accessed via the Patient Portal. Your physician may want to talk to you directly about your test results.

Can I view my child's health information?
Yes, we are now offering access to the Patient Portal for patients of all ages.

How can I give family members, such as my spouse or an adult child, access to my health information?
If you wish, you can give designated family members access to your health information by sharing your user ID and password with them.

Is the Patient Portal secure?
Yes. Riverwood Healthcare takes great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure personal IDs and passwords. Each person controls his or her own password, and the account cannot be accessed without a password. All Patient Portal communication is done while you are securely logged onto the Riverwood website.
